This Course Delivery & Access Policy outlines how our educational masterclasses, video lectures, live interactive sessions, and study materials are fulfilled to students upon enrollment at Vedadi Jyotish Karmkand Shikshan Prashikshan Kendra.

1 Electronic Delivery via Shishya Portal

All courses offered on our platform are 100% digital goods and online educational services. No physical merchandise, CDs, DVDs, or printed books are dispatched via physical courier or post unless explicitly arranged as a special offline puja dispatch.

Course curriculum is delivered electronically inside your personal Student Learning & Certification Portal (Shishya Dashboard) including:

High-definition recorded video lectures streamable on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Downloadable Sanskrit chant guides, Kundali Milan worksheets, and Karmkand manuals in PDF format.

Digital Gurukul completion certificates with verifiable unique certificate serial numbers.

2 Activation Timelines by Payment Method

UPI Transfers Manual Review

After uploading your UTR and screenshot, our accounts staff reconciles the bank credit and approves enrollment. Your Login ID is activated and classroom access is unlocked immediately upon approval.

3 Course Access Duration & Curriculum Updates

Lifetime Access: Courses marked with "Lifetime Access" in our catalog grant continuous access for the lifetime of the online portal. You can pause, review, and revisit lessons at any time.
Term Access: Courses with specific terms (e.g. 6 Months, 1 Year) run from the exact date of payment verification approval.
Free Curriculum Updates: When Acharya Ramesh Shastri records supplemental lectures or adds new worksheets to your enrolled course, you receive them automatically without extra charge.

4 Support Process for Delayed Activation

What if your course access has not unlocked?

If your bank has confirmed the deduction but your portal classroom remains locked after the standard verification timeline:

Check Application Status: Visit your Status Page to verify if your UTR was submitted properly or if the administrator requested a clearer receipt.
