Welcome to Vedadi Jyotish Karmkand Shikshan Prashikshan Kendra ("Gurukul", "Institute", or "We"). By enrolling in our courses, registering for a Student Account, paying tuition fees, or accessing our online learning materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not register or enroll in our courses.

1 Student Account Registration & Credentials

• Eligibility: Any individual genuinely interested in Vedic Astrology, Karmkand, and Sanatan wisdom may register for admission.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information (including legal name, active WhatsApp number, and valid email) during registration.
• Unique Student Login ID: Each student must choose a unique Student Login ID (Username). This ID is linked to your academic records, certificates, and fee transactions.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any action performed through your credentials will be considered authorized by you.

2 Course Enrollment & Pricing

All course tuition fees displayed on our website catalog are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are governed by the authoritative prices recorded in our database. While taxes are typically included or exempt for Gurukul Vedic education, any bank processing charges levied by your card issuer or payment app are borne by the student.

3 Payment Verification Terms

• Fraud Prevention: Submitting fake, edited, or reused payment screenshots or invalid UTR numbers constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate permanent account termination.
• Automated Razorpay Verification: Razorpay payments are verified cryptographically via server-to-server signature checks and unlock course access instantaneously upon success.

4 Access Duration & Course Delivery

Courses are delivered digitally via the Student Learning Portal. Depending on the course package chosen:

• Lifetime Access Courses: The student is granted non-transferable access for the lifetime of the online portal.
• Term-Based Courses: Access continues for the specified duration (e.g. 6 Months, 1 Year) from the date of payment approval.
• Scheduled Live Meets: Live interactive Q&A and chart review sessions on Google Meet are scheduled periodically; recorded replays are published to the portal when feasible.

5 Single-User License & Sharing Prohibitions

Under this agreement, you are permitted to:

• Stream video lectures through the authorized student portal for your own personal educational development.
• Download provided reference PDFs and worksheets for your offline study notes.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Recording, capturing, ripping, or mirroring video streams.
• Uploading course PDFs, videos, or presentations to public drives, Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, or file-sharing websites.
• Commercializing or republishing Gurukul curriculum without prior written authorization from Acharya Ramesh Shastri.

6 Intellectual Property

All course lectures, proprietary astrology notes, Kundali Milan calculations, Karmkand puja manuals, trademarks, brand logos, website designs, audio chants, and digital certifications are the exclusive intellectual property of Vedadi Jyotish Karmkand Shikshan Prashikshan Kendra and Acharya Ramesh Shastri. All rights reserved.

7 Account Suspension & Disciplinary Action

The Gurukul reserves the right to suspend or terminate student portal access without notice or refund in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or violation of our intellectual property.
• Disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards teachers, pandits, or fellow seekers in live meets.
• Submission of deceptive, altered, or fraudulent transaction receipts.
• Detection of simultaneous logins from distant geographic IP locations indicating credential sharing.

8 Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer

Vedic Jyotish, Karmkand, and spiritual sadhana are sacred traditional sciences based on ancient Sanskrit scriptures and classical astrological treatises. The courses provided are designed to impart high authentic traditional education. Astrological interpretations involve planetary tendencies and karmic probabilities; individual results vary based on personal karma, devotion, and intellectual application.
